We’ve upgraded our fitness facilities with brand-new equipment and an additional gym space, delivering more choice, more variety and a better training experience.

BActive – This brand-new gym space, located in the former Dance Studio, will become the primary training area for your membership. It will feature a full range of new equipment to support your fitness goals.

BPower – This space will become our dedicated strength and conditioning gym, used by our sporting academies and professional club partners. BActive Gold members will have access during designated Golden Hours.

Monday to Friday: 7am - 9:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8am -4pm

Did you know you can hire our sports gym, sports hall, pitches and more? Our sports facilities are perfect for training, team building, corporate events and much more.

  • 40 station high spec gym, which is open to the public for membership
  • 10 high-quality outdoor match and training pitches for rugby and football, including a 3G all-weather pitch and high-quality floodlit grass pitches
  • Two indoor sports halls, ideal for 5aside, badminton, netball and basketball
  • Equine Centre, featuring a variety of indoor and outdoor arenas
  • 10 large, high-grade changing rooms
  • Free weights area
  • Two strength and conditioning suites
  • 7k cross country track
  • Training room with projector and smartboard
