Level 2 in Applied Science

Build your understanding of biology, chemistry and physics through this one-year course. Practical experiments, laboratory investigations and crime scene investigation topics help you develop safe working practices and confidence using scientific equipment.

This course provides a foundation for further study, including Level 3 Forensic and Criminal Investigation.

Level 3 in Forensic and Criminal Investigation

Topics include scientific investigation, forensic procedures, criminology and criminal and forensic psychology. Specialist units may include forensic genetics, crime scene recovery, archaeology and anthropology.

T Level in Science

This two-year Level 3 qualification combines scientific study and practical learning with an employer placement.
