The course

This course will ensure that you receive the appropriate basic tractor driving training, in line with, and as recommended by, the Health and Safety Executive.

A certificate of training attendance is achieved upon successful completion of the course.

Course Information

  • The prevention of accidents
  • Learning control
  • Daily checks
  • Driving a tractor
  • Mounted and trailed implements

You must be aged 13 or above to apply. There are no other formal entry requirements.

You will be required to be on campus for one day to complete the course.

  • You will need personal protective equipment (PPE), consisting of overalls, steel toe capped boots and a high visibility vest.
You will be able to progress on to the NPTC Level 2 Tractor Driving course.
This course costs £119 per person.
