Thomas Mitchell
Thomas joined Bishop Burton College as a Level 2 General Farm Worker apprentice as a way of developing his technical and practical skills. Alongside building his knowledge on the subject he has gained invaluable practical skills that he can apply to his current job role, and use in his future career endeavors.
"There’re not many colleges that have a farm on site so that is pretty unique. If you're interested in tractors and how they operate then I would definitely recommend this course. My favourite memory has been just having fun, working on the tractors and having a laugh. The skills learnt have also massively helped with my job working on gear ops."
