A strain of avian flu has been detected in a small number of our captive birds

The birds have been humanely culled. A controlled zone has been established, and access to the site is currently restricted.
The college is working closely with the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) to resolve this matter as quickly and effectively as possible.
We will issue an update in due course.
