Floristry Degree Courses

Are you interested in developing a career as a florist? Or are you already working in the sector and want to enhance your capabilities? Find the freedom to explore your creative side at UCBB.

Join one of our full or part-time Foundation and Honours Floristry degree courses and benefit from our outstanding facilities, teaching and reputation for floristry skills and design.

Smaller group sizes mean that you’ll build strong relationships with your lecturers, allowing you to maximise your own personal growth and creative development.

You will gain invaluable experience, including the chance to compete at high-profile floristry events such as Harrogate Flower Show, where our students have won gold for Best College. This often proves to be a platform to get noticed and many students secure jobs or start their own business before they complete their degree.

Our redeveloped Centre for Creative Studies has everything you need to hone your craft, with dedicated floristry studios.

Floristry experience

You will have plenty of opportunities to demonstrate your talent and creativity, including developing your own final exhibition and competing in competitions. This will help you to gain confidence, build a winning portfolio and get you noticed.

You’ll also develop valuable entrepreneurial skills and experience working in real-life environments, including our commercial floristry shop here on campus.

Our degree-level floristry course programmes are the perfect way to launch your career within floristry, with many of our students starting work or their own businesses before graduating.
